I'm trying to print date about 1cm from the top of a cheque, with standard header settings, but depsite giving the page window an upper margin of zero, it is printed about 1.3cm down the page. I've tried different settings but unable to get rid of this problem. How can i get it at top of the page? - Similar scenarios welcomed.

check the header data of the form->basic setting.
look for page format and lines/inch
in lines/inch change the no of lines according to the page format height(in cm).
by changing these two you will get the desired location to place date on top.

I dont think this will be a suitable customisation. I may get the date at first line but the rest page windows will be displaced.

Hi,
Just check the paragraph format you have assigned to the date.See if there is any value assigned for Space above or Line spacing.try reducing those values and check out.
