credit limit request

in scase, credit limit request 33, under linked object, it is empty, may I know why linked obkect is empty, it should have a file, which t-code I should use to check and what are possible reasons?

When you said it should have a file, I guess you meant it should have a folder?

The linked objects are controlled by element types. Check the case type used for your credit limit request, and in the configuration, check which element type is assigned to this case type.

Then, review the element type composition, and ensure it has folders, eg.Business Partner, Credit Limit Request, Documents, etc.

If it does not have folders, then you may have to create them for that element type.

I only know my credit case ID, in Scase, how can I find the credit case type?

in SPRO, I only find the link between object type and element type, no linkage between case type and element type.

also in scase, how to attach PDF file to case ID, there is no button called attach or upload
