Inactive Reports in a folder

Experts ,

We would like to know which reports are not being opened and viewed/refreshed in a folder in BO4.1 so that we can stop running them.

I have created a sample report using the Audit report(Oracle Audit Report)

This has given me list of reports Viewed/refreshed.

There is no value for Event Type Not refreshed/not viewed.

Please help me to get the the list of inactive reports.

Hi,

Did you tried querying thru Query Builder?. Below link gives the code to find last refreshed reports based on date.

You can give a try

We dont have accessto Query Builder..However, i have tried to create an audit report.

I have created two tabs in audit report. first one gives list of reports have been refreshed from last one month in a folder.

Second tab contain list of all reports in a particualr folder.

Now i have extracted the data in excel and did a lookup between tow tabs to get the list of reports which are not used...

I have got the desired output..but i know this is not the right method...im looking for easiset way to do it using audit universe...

1)copy the same query and delete the filters in it.

2)drop the object name in to filter ,use "Not In List" operator and use the option object from another  query option and select the object name feild in query1.

"inactive reports=All reports-active reports"

So that it will give the inactive reports...
