Purchase Requisition report

hello  ,

Since  its  a   basic  question  .When  I am  generating  report  in  ME5A with  scope  of  list  ALV  .why  the  report  is  not  showing  ?

The  report  is  showing  when  I am  using  scope  of  list  as A.

Why  the   report  is  not  showing  as  ME2*  displays ?

What  are  the  reasons ?

As you can see the report for scope of list A, but you can't see with ALV,

So its bit clear that you have some problem in ALV list settings.

What about scope of list BEST ?

As ALV is the standard scope of list, so you should not change any settings for this scope of list..

Anyway, check the all settings for the scope of list ALV compare with your other client from the below path.

For ME2*, OLME-Reporting-Maintain Purchasing Lists-Scope of List-Define Scope of List

And for ME5A, OLME-Reporting-Maintain Purchase Requisition Lists-Define Scope of List.

Hi,

   Please check whether the scope of list is maintained correctly for the scope of list ALV in the path: OLME - Reporting - Maintain Purchase Requisition Lists - Define Scope of List. Check the screen number and subscreen numbers.
