QP02 Authorization user

Hello.

We work with differents status in inspection plan.

And we like that some status only it will be for some users, not every body.

Are there some authorization group to manange who can change qp02 according status ???

Or are there user exist to manage this ???

Hello Antonio,

You can set authorizations for Status ( Q_ROUT -  STATU ).

Transaction code - PFCG, better to get help of Basis consultant to set authorization.

You don't have standard authorization object to control Inspection Plan through status. You can check the available authorization groups for any transaction code in SU24.

Try to create Custom Authorization Object in SU21 by adding that status field to that group, if that field is readily available. If that field is not available, then create field in SU20 & add that in SU21.

Discuss with Basis consultant on this. You may need to change the standard program with that.

Alternatively, try below user exit.

QPAA0003  Additional (auth.) check in plan (inspection chars.)
