Can the empty selection be removed from element dropdownbykey

Hi,

I am using IWDDropDownByKey in my application . After I bind it to a node , apart from giving me the values that I have set it alos gives an empty choice which I want dont want . Can I some how remove this empyy choice for my scenario is such that the drop down will always be populated with some data .
