hbj vs html

Hi,

If I want to develop some iviews with static content, i.e. with some text and links..which tags, should i use in the jsp... hbj tags or html tags.. Could some one please clarify this to me.

when should we use which?

    Hi Shiva,

    in any case for using the correct style sheets automatically and for a consistent UI, you should use HTMLB (in your words: hbj).

    depends the reason besides functional for the hbj tags is also common look and feel, if you don't want to worry about making sure everything looks uniform and do your own css use your own links etc, but if you want to go with a common look and feel use the tags. I do both some iviews have a totally different look in which I add a css file, others are linked to standard SAP iviews so I use more of the tags
