Set up email text for PI alerts through Solution Manager 7.1


Hi colleagues

Our Basis Team has set up solution manager 7.1 to be the central monitoring system for our PI 7.31 single stack.

We are receiving alerts but we don't like the format (see image below):

We would like to have:

  1. A descriptive Subject
  2. A descriptive body with the Namespaces, Interfaces and other useful information as we had through ALRTCATDEF (configurable email body and subject)
  3. Or, in other case, the attachment included as the body of the message.

I have been investigating about templates and setting up notifications in SM 7.1 but i can't get what we are looking for.

Could you help me to set up SM 7.1 in order to receive a proper email alert?
