RSSTAT1 is running long

Hi,

I am loading data to the cube. Due to high volume I am directly loading the data into cube. I could see the BIREQU* in SM37. This request is also trigging the program RSSTAT1 which is running long for my loads. I don't want to have RSSTAT1 to be running along with the load. I also have some dependent jobs which will trigger up on success of this cube load. Because of these stats my dependent jobs are getting delayed. Is there any option available to do only load and not to run RSSTAT1 along with load?

Hello,

Currently after upgrading to BI 7.0 at SP10, we are facing the same situation where the index drop and rebuild or taking up substantial amount of time.

Can you please let us know the approach you had implemented to avoid the consideration of the RSSTAT1 during the loading and index drop and rebuild process.

The help would be really appreciated.
