LSMW not recording "Characteristic Value" for QS21

Hello All:

I'm trying to record a field called "Characteristic Value" under the "Classification" tab for transaction SQ21, but the change is not reflected.

Does anyone know how to get around this problem?

Any idea or suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
