Is it possible to create an "email channel" or "Telegram Channel" on Mobiliser, in order to use it as a channel for Brand Mobiliser Applications?
I am working on a POC where we can use Telegram API as an alert and notification channel (avoiding SMS costs).
On Brand mobiliser we have the "WALLET" app. I would like to use this application, sending messages back and forward to Brand Mobiliser, using Telegram messages. As a first step, I would like to use the "WALLET" brand mobiliser application through email, creating and "email channel" and being able to receive responses from brand mobiliser.
Has anyone tried to do this?
do you think it is possible?
