BP determination in checklist step using Rule Policies

Hi gurus,

I've a problem with the bp determination asociated to PPOMA_CRM.

I've configurated in my solman the org structure but I do not know who to make a policity rule.

What I want is to get the bp responsible from a bp (parameter).

For example

org unit root

     + org unit2

          + position 1

               + bp 1 (parameter)

+ position 2 (head of the unit org)

               + bp 2 (boss)

          + org unit 4

          + org unit 5

               + position 3

                    bp 3 (parameter)

     + org unit3

My idea:

case 1: If I execute the rule policy with bp 1, it should determine bp 2.

case 2: If I execute the rule policy with bp 3, it should determine bp 2.

Does anybody if is there a rule what I could do this and associate to my rule modeler profile (so I can use it in my checklist).

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Hi, I used a Z workflow instead, with a simple rule (PFAC transaction).

Thanks

Hi,

When I call my rule I use the FM RH_ACT_LEADING_POSITION. This let me get the leader chief of my current possition.

Hi, I pre configured the WF settings in transaction SWU3, then I made a step desition with a my rule, previosly designed.

All the workitems can be approved by the correct agents.

I used a Z workflow, when I call my rule (which gets agents from organizational structure).

This one was previously defined in PFAC transaction.

Hi, I've noticed that I can get the relationship from the BP using this relation button.

Does anybody knows how to add relationships here ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Kamil,

I've read those document, but still there no explaint to you with an example.

I have the organizational structure defined, in addition I have my rule created typed "Checklist Step Partner Determination".

Where I have my partner (191), I should have the rule, but the system, only let me introduce bp.

Thanks in advance.
