Indexing for UDMS in ABAP stack not working

Hi,

As per standard document we have done all the needful thing things in SXMS_LMS_CONF tcode .Selected extract with external job as well.

Now while indexing in se38 by executing the report SXMS_EXTRACT_MESSAGES we are not getting any logs .More over when we test in SXMB_MONI/user defined selection criteria it was not able to filter though the message exists in sxmb_moni.

Could you please advice where I'm missing.

Hi,

By default UDMS in abap stack for synchronous messages don't work .

We need to comment a line in the report SXMS_EXTRACT_MESSAGES to make it work .

Hello Venkat,

After configuring,Did you check whether the message is filtered in Test search criteria by giving the message id.If its not extracting then something wrong in the configuration of  UDS.

Hi Venkat - While adding the interface, usually the active button is disabled. But after adding the filter to it(xpath), then the "Active" button gets enabled.. So cross check if the "Active" check box is selected..

Hi Venkat - Did you add the receiver system component or using"*" ?
