How to put pooled sample quantity in sample drawing procedure???

Hi experts,

We have a scenario where the primary & pooled samples are sampled with different quantities.

For e.g.: For API (Active pharmaceutical ingredients) the quantity of identification test for each container is 2 g.

For pooled samples quantity is 100 g for remaining tests.

And reference sample quantity is 100 g.

For this above scenario we maintained sample drawing procedure.

For that primary sample we maintained P2 as formula. And reference sample 1 x 100 g.

But for pooled samples how to maintain quantity of 100 g .

According to SAP, Collection of primary samples is called as pooled samples.

How to maintain pooled sample in sample drawing procedure?????

Please research the use of the partial samples value. You'll find it on the characteristic in the inspection plan.
