how to find time shet values store in tables

i am satish, i new person working in ABAP. now my problem is i want to know the where the time sheet entryes store in tables. i was found thre are many sturctures it having time sheet components. but i want to know how the time sheet entry fields goes to the data base tables. now i am trying to get the result using debuging. but it didn't give proper result. i thing i am wrong to do that. so any one plese gide me to find where the the time sheet entry values go to the data base tables.
