BO webi url is not working on windows 7

Hi,

webi and CMC urls were working when i was on windows XP, as we upgraded OS to windows 7 this url is not accessible.

we are getting error :

Network Error (tcp_error)


A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing
other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try
again at a later time.

even CMC is also not working

I am able to ping the server
