Add on OTEXBAS installation error: table zauthcust does not exist

HI,

i am installing an add on OTEXBAS. The installation terminated returning the error--- ZAUTHCUST does not exist.

kindly suggest how to resolve this issue.

Thank you, Deepak. but could you tell me some other way? I dont have access to KC.

Are you the right person to make such installation? I mean, if you dont have access to the Market place to read such important notes, how can your boss expect that you can do the work?

Or is this here about a pirate installation, I already suspected it seeing the other question for the password. from my point of view it very naive to exchange passwords in a public forum.

i have access to market place. knowledge center is an altogether different site.

its not a pirate installation.

do you have  colleagues with access? A basis team? Ask them to download the note for you.

you can try to get the note from SNOTE transaction

Notes must not be posted here in the forum, they are protected for some reason, so we need to respect this.

Hi Mamta,

What we meant to say here is, as your company has Open Text license, your company should have valid KC id to access articles on Open Text.

If not, get in touch with SAP support team to get valid Open Text Knowledge center ID.
