Identify products with no legal regulation

Hi,

My question concerns classification of products within Compliance Management. With classification I refer to the process of connecting products to legal regulations.

Is there any convenient way of identifying products in GTS that have not been connected to any legal regulation?

I have not found such functionality in GTS. Do I need to create a custom report for this? If so, do you have any hints on which tables I should use?

Hi Marcus,

Do you mean you would like to export list of products which are not yet classified to single regulation?

Please clarify. Legal regulations defined continues to show in the product master screen. But only when they are classified I believe the data is stored.

I would like to see products which have not been classified to any legal regulation.

Let me explain:

Say for instance that we have legal regulation X and Y.

I want to list all products which are not classified in X and Y.

I have found the functionality in GTS to list only products which have not been classified for a specific legal regulation (e.g. X) but not for multiple legal regulations (e.g. X and Y).

Hi Marcus,

The link between Products and Legal Regulations is table /SAPSLL/PRCON.  You would need to compare the entries with those for all Products in table /SAPSLL/PR.
