Access CRM through webservice

Hi guys,

An external system is trying to access the SAP CRM Server and the error shown at their end is as given below :

“The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF”

Any idea how we can resolve this from SAP side?
