Collection Management Send Correspondence from Worklist

We are using Collection Management module from tx UDM_SPECIALIST and/or UDM_SUPERVISOR. The buttons for <<Send Corresp - Basic>>, <<Send Corresp - Advance>> and <<View Correspondence>> are not active.

So far we are able to use the function to request FI correspondence (SAP06, SAP08, SAP10, SAP13, SAP14, SAP15 and SAP16), but our project needs to use all the additional correspondence functions (e-mail, fax, attached files).

We are using SAP S/4HANA ON-PREMISE 1511.

We have the following Business Functions active:

FIN_FSCM_CCD

FIN_FSCM_CCD_2

FIN_FSCM_CCD_3

FIN_FSCM_CCD_INTEGRATION

FIN_FSCM_CCD_INTEGRATION_3
