Hello,
When the user receive the subscription email the hour is get in GMT and we want the hour of ours country. How can I get the right hour? In the portal I can see the hour correctly.

Hi Maria,
if this happens for "immediate" subscriptions (not triggered by a scheduler task, the triggered are the "daily" and "weekly" subscriptions), I would expect the servers time zone settings are different than the clients.
In the other case, at least try to set the time zone differently in the time table; see for a similar discussion and more details about possible settings within the time table:
