Well I know that territory management helps you structure your organization externally. But how do we use this information in the application. Can business partners be determined in a transaction based on the territory management territories?

In transaction a "Employee Responsible" can be determined from territory by using access sequence 0030 (Prceding Document -> Territory Management -> User). Generaly territory is determined based on "Employee responsible" in the partner and pop is shown if partner is assigned to multiple territories.

Thanks Netaji. Can the territory management be used in any other ways than just partner determination?

Along with the partner it also determine the territory for that BP in Partner determination
