Evaluation copy of XI?

Friends,

Do somebody direct me where to get evaluation copy of XI?

Does XI comes with SAP 4.7 Enterprise Edition?.

Do we need SAP 4.7 running on a machine to install XI?

I am sorry, if my questions are meaning less, i am new and trying to get base idea about XI. Thanks in advance.
