Need to Count Date from Crosstab and populate in Monthly Buckets

Hello Freinds,

If you see attached picture there are 2 blocks first one is the crosstab with intersection of Date between Employee and Business unit and below it is the desired/needed block which should count the date for each month from top block and populate as 1 in the below block for that month only. The months starts from Current month and should be rolling 12 months. My question is

1) How to calculate dynamic rolling 12 moths in Webi?

2)After having those rolling 12 months how to count date comparing current month date and put in to that months bucket?

-My source is Bex I tried creating bucket in Bex does not work.

-I have Cal/year and also month dimension for the date shown in picture

Any help is highly appreciated.
