Cloud Error

Hi All, I am a newbie to Lumira and was trying to publish a report to Lumira Cloud When i published data sets on cloud it's not coming as it's shown on Lumira

    Hi Anushi,

    As Henry mentioned above you want to make sure that you are opening the story within the cloud and not the dataset. To help you with this you can follow the steps as shown in the official tutorial video HERE.

    I am also attaching a few snapshots for your convenience:

    When sharing be sure to select the story and not just the dataset:

    I will now see that both my dataset and story were shared to the cloud. You then would want to select the story:

    I will then see my story in the cloud as it was in the desktop:

    In the cloud you can then hover over your visualizations to view the data labels, or you can zoom into each visualization to view the legend of it.

    Hi,

    Would you please share more details of this issue like the type of errors and use the camera icon to show a screen shot?

    • Hi,

      so the bottom screenshot shows the Story (as composed from the Desktop)

      the top screenshot shows the 'auto discovery' for the Dataset when published to cloud.

      It seems to me, you need to open the "Storyboard" via Cloud,  not click on the associated Dataset.
