Hi Experts
In portal- Employee Self-Serve - when I select Workoverview its giving error msg
WebDynpro Exception: ICF service node "/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/HRESS_A_MENU" is not active (see SAP Note 517484) .
I see that the system have an extra '/' in the backend path, and this will trigger the error.
But How can check the cause of this '/'. Where can check this?
In transcation scif i check the service /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/HRESS_A_MENU' it is activated
Can anyone help on this.

I checked this note and is implemented in the system 1348196 - Authorization: BCV user has problem accessing side panel
We are in software component SAP_BASIS7400012SAPKB74012
And this note also not apply 1109215 - A Web Dynpro ABAP application requires an ICF node
