Modify Workspaces in Interaction Center WinClient

Hallo everybody,

do anybody know a way to the modification of IC standard

workspaces, e.g. 'Maintain Business Tr' ? Is it at all possible? e.g. I would like to change a standard work area in the appearance of the 'Activities' subscreen or want to hide some register ('Details','Partner'...). The BADIs 'CRM_CUSTOMER_H_BADI' to add some custom workspaces i know. The EEW (Easy Enhancement Workbench) too.

Hello,

you can create a transaction variant using trx. SHD0 and assign it to a process type by maintaining view CRMC_TV_PROCTYPE in trx. SM30. This can be used for setting default values, hide fields or tabs (e.g. "Partner").

Pls take into account that this settings will also be valid for the process type in trx. CRMD_ORDER, not only in the IC.

Hello Bernard,

You can refer to note #516843 on how to create a customer specific workspaces. Once you modify the class you have to enter the same class using the transaction crmc_cic_wsp0.Then assign that worspace in transaction crmc_cic_wsp3.
