Filtering status field in CHARM CD

I am configuring Charm in Solman 7.1.

While searching Change Documents  with the field "Status", all the user status are getting displayed.

In Charm, we are using only the customized transaction types- YMHF, ZMHF and YMMJ and not the standard transaction types(SDHF,SDMN etc.)

Is it possible to hide/filter the User Status of the unused transaction types(example, hiding status "Withdrawn(SDMJ: Normal Correction)" ) by configuration from Field “Status” .

Hi Prakhar,

Thanks for your promt reply. I checked the thread where you mentioned to edit the roles with Auth. Object CRM_ORD_PR. In suim I found that 186 users in 84 roles are having the Auth Object CRM_ORD_PR. Meaning I need to check and edit all 84 roles. Is there any other simpler way to do this?
