Formula to change date value by compare the date

Hi community,

I've a simple question. Could you please to help me with a suitable fomula for the next task.

I've a date value in my report such as 12.01.2017 14:09

I would to campare the date like: If [MyDate] is between 00:00:00 and 19:00:00 then [MyDate]+4 hours ElseIf [MyDate] is between 19:00:00 and 23:59:00 then [MyDate]+2hours

Which kind formula could be possible for my task ?
