I'm new to this forum and relatively new to Crystal Reports. I’m trying to make a bar chart out of data similar to what is pasted below, with the chart showing the ‘If no products floored, why not’ results. As you can see, some stores were visited more than once. I want my bar chart to only display the result of the most recent visit, but I can’t figure out how to remove the older row. I’ve gotten to where it’s not counting both visits, but it’s not always counting the correct one. Help? Thank you!

The easiest solution will be to add the chart as a Subreport.

You can then filter out the unwanted data in the select query.
