Error in XI Configuration

I am not able to perform Role Assignment step in J2EE Visual Administrator.

I am following XI installation Guide pdf. This error comes while performing the following step.

Assign Application Roles to User Groups
1. Start the J2EE Engine Visual Administrator.
2. Choose Cluster ¨ Server ¨ Services ¨ SLD Data Supplier 3. On the Runtime tab in the right frame, push the button "Assign Application Roles to User Groups". Confirm the dialog.

Due to this when i try to logon to Itegration Builder it gives " No authorization for this action
".

I dont know where i am going wrong.....

Help required....
