REST Services sdk not responding with opendocument url

All my calls to http://<server>:6405/biprws/infostore/<report_id> in dev and qa environment are responding with proper xml as given out in below stack overflow post. But in cert environment . rest service isnt responding with the open document url in response xml, could you let me know what changes needs to be done.
