Hi,

I would be appearing for Internet Sales 4.0 certification soon and planning to read only CR010_CRM Overview, CR100_Base Customization, CR300_Sales and CR800_crminternetsales. Do I have to concentrate on any other course material too?

Hi Just

Concentrate more on CR-800&TCRM-10.Most of the questions will be coming from Internet sales if you can check the weightages in the last page of the TCRM-10 Module in that it will be clear.Where you need to concentrate more spend less time in middleware and IPC.Give more importance to CR-800 Product catalog most of the question would be coming from there.

Nice name.

I have some information regarding CRM certification. Some courses like mySAP CRM overview and CR100 are compulsory for all the certifications. This link gives a lot of information regarding the types of certification and what you can expect from the certification exams.

Remember to prepare ststematically and be very comfortable with the manuals. Read the questions well before reading as they have multiple answers.
