24 hrs R/3 Cycle

Hi,

I have a question regarding deltas....if the R/3 has activity all day (24 hrs), will it somehow affect when u load data from R/3 to BW...will some deltas be lost. Is there a way to ensure that all deltas are captured in a 24 hrs posting system.....
