Outbound call for BDoc type CRM_IBASE_MESS to adapter module CRM_UPLOAD_TO_OLTP failed.

Hi...

when EQT creates ibase in CRM we aere getting below error "Outbound call for BDoc type CRM_IBASE_MESS to adapter module CRM_UPLOAD_TO_OLTP failed."

Can anyone please suggest how this could be fixed?
