jlaunch performance issue

We are having a performance issue on our EP60 (SP13),NT,Oracle everything is in the same box including trex with 2 CPU's and 4 gb of ram. We set the JVM setting according to the appropriate oss note. After changing the JVM settings everything was fine for a while then I realized that one of the Jlaunch.exe was eating up the memory. I assumed that GC wasn't working. I tried to see the GC report with the command

"java -verbose:gc " but it didn't give me any result. I checked the performance parameters through JARM and I didn't see anything wrong. The only problem was when I checked the task manager-processes one of the Jlaunch was eating up the memory. It was around 1.400.000 and it was going up. Anyone has any idea about how to test if garbage collection is working or not? If it is the problem.
