serious isse in testing

Hi all;

I have a 0ps_c04 project cube, which is loading actual cost from datasource 0CO_OM_WBS_1, the design is done already and ready to transport from QA to Prod,,while doing testing..in QA..got some serious issues..there are some records missing from R/3 to Cube. For example: costcenter 56000 is not there in the cube but there are values in R/3..I don't have any selection under costcenter while loading. there are a lot of cost elements are also missing in the cube. Please guide me how to trace this error. thanks.
