Unable to pack a HU on a pallet

Hi Experts

In HU02 transaction, I have created 2 HU's 100001 & 100002

Now I am trying to put above two HU's in over a pallet 100003 in HU02.

But i am unable.

1. How to get the existing HUs in bottom section as it is gray.

2. I am getting an error "No packing instruction could be found for material xxx"

But I have already created 2 instructions for the material xxx (1 for packing in 1st level pack and other for 2nd level pack).

Kindly suggest if any missing in my steps.

Hi,

You please check that two pack materials are present in correct sales area which main material has existed as well as check there is one filed ( I am not infront of SAP but I think its name would be material group.package ) related to packing in basic data in MM02 ( for main material ).

The material exists in resp org units and having packing material type.

Still I am getting this message.
