Capacity requirement planning

Hai,

I have problem with CRP, in recipe WC1 is first operation and WC2 is second operation and again WC1 is as third operation (taking highest time cycle). so I run planning, i am using CM25 for capacity leveling, buy in leveling, wc1 is not properly aligned. please give your suggestion,

problem solved. set the relationship with +ve value and time given what we allotted in second operation

Could you please give us more detail on what you mean by "not aligned"? Or could you share the screen shot of your CM25 transaction?

Details of Recipe:

Oper       phase   Work Center     Description                  process time

0010                     WC01              Reaction

0020         0010     WC01              Reaction                        10  hrs

0030                     WC02              layer separation             

0040         0030     WC02              layer separation               9  hrs

0050                     WC01              Reflection & dist.

0060         0050     WC01              Reflection & dist               18  hrs and so on

Note: Here WC01 is repeatedly used as in third operation (thus WC01= 37 hrs dedicated for this product)

then  I run the MRP with MD02  or MD03.after that

In CM25 when i am trying to dispatch the WC01 with starting date as 05.04.2014,

Operation 0010 (WC01) is taking first 10 hours and the next immediately occupies with operation 0060 (WC01) for 18 hr.

So these two operations aligned side by side without leaving any gap for WC02.
