We are using the OTMU interface, Master Data payroll outsourcing. Our pay frequency is bi-weekly. The first pay period of 2006 has a begin date of 12/18/05 and an end date of 12/31/05, with a pay date of 1/6/06. Benefit deductions for 2006 need to start with this pay period. How do we bring over 2006 benefit information that has not become effective yet in SAP? I am familiar with the OTBNC feature, which will help to some extent - but what about Flex spending accounts?

I am facing the same issue while exporting the master data from SAP to ADP for payroll processing. If the Pay date falls on a different month from the PAyroll period, the Benefit plan deductions do not get exported to Payroll. I have seen the feature OTBNC but I am not sure how it works. Can you please help me on this?
