Tabs in access request screen

Dear Experts,

Can anyone let me know where do we configure tabs in access request screen?..

For Ex:- User access,risk violation etc.......Because i have a requirement where i need to remove custom data tab in the below mentioned snapshot of access request.

Hi,

My issue is resolved.

Steps:

1) Copied the standard configuration into Z-Configuration.

2) Removed the "Custom details" tab.

3) And configured that Z-Configuration in LPD_CUST.

Hi Katrice,

Try this,

Go to SE80>>Select package "GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST">> Web Dynpro>>Web Dynpro Applicat.>> Then Double Click on "GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_SUBMISSION" >>once application is open on right side go to link as below..

and then once open in admin mode>> Right click on Custom Data tab and go to>>Settings for current configuration and select and save setting as shown below,

It will ask you to save changes in transport or in local. It will be applicable to all users.

Hello Katrice,

You can go to SE80-> Repository Browser->Select the package form the drop down and select GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST then go to Web Dynpro->Web dynpro Applicat then select GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_SUBMISSION application and right click on it and select test

A URL will open where you have to add the below string in that URL

&SAP-CONFIG-MODE=X&OBJECT_ID=ACCREQ then you will get the below screen where you can make your settings as required.

Right Click on Custom Data tab then you will see Setting for Current configuration click on that like below.

After that you will get the below screen where you have to check the Visibility option as No like the below screen and then save it and close.

Once you are done with this you will no longer see the Custom data tab at the time of submitting the request.

The steps which you have told above is applicable for particular user...I want to hide that Tab for all the users who so ever executes the appln.

Done as per your reply. But that custom data tab is not visible with my user id and same is visible for other user.

I have replicated this scenario and it was working fine in my system no other users were able to see the tab which I made invisible.

Dont know the problem with your system.

Probably, that user who is able to see this tab might have some extra or full authorizations. Please check.
