Change List

I created two actions. Using those action I created the Integrated Scenario in Integration Builder (Design).

Now, I could Activate the changes I made in Integrated Scenario. But, I am unable to Activate changes into Actions I created. It is constantly giving error that

"Unable to move an object to another change list while it is being edited. Save and close the object"

Nothing is opened currently in Design. Even it is not allowing me to delete the Actions (Reject Changes). In that case it gives error like this

"Object Action SendUserData_Act | http://pragmatech.com/xi currently being edited by user PRAGMA".

I don't know what is wrong. I even restarted my PC 2-3 times to make sure nothing remains in memory.

What next?
