Appearance - Size (KM Navigation Iview)

I'm using one iview (KM Navigation Iview) with XML Forms content and I'm having a problem of size appearance (Layout).

I am using the folowing landscape and properties:

Landscape:

Windows 2003

Web AS 6.40

Portal 6.0.12.0.0

KM 6.0.12.0.0

Iview parameters (Appearance - Size):

- Fixed Height (pixels): 80

- Height Type: AUTOMATIC

- Maximum Automatic Height (pixels): 1000

- Minimum Automatic Height (pixels): 0

When this iview does not have content it automatically does not assume the minimum size (zero pixels) printing a blank space of more than 80 pixels.

I would like to know if there is a way to fix this render behavior.
