Loss of pay in case of missing punch in ,punchout and both

Dear All,

we have a requirment that if in case of three scenarios

a) there is no p10 (punch in)

b)there is no p20 (punch out)

pc)neither p10 and p20 (punch in and unchout)

Then there should be loss of pay

I have tried using operations OUTTPEXETM,OUTTPEXBTM and OUTTPEXTIM however even if there is punch in it is getting counted

Please can you guide me in writing a pcr for this and where it should be placed in the schema

      OUTTPEXETM End time exists?

      HRS=1 Set

      ADDDB999I Add to day balance

      Y

      even if there is a P20 (punch out entry in IT-2011) it is reading it as Y - only if there is no P20 entry I want the time type to be added

      Please guide
