force display of personalized values in variable screen

Hi,

We are from time to time getting "error reports" from users saying that a selection criteria is missing in the variable selection screen. The reason is very often that they have accidently personalized a variable and is therefor not shown. Clickin the button "all" in web variable screen, displays them again. I would like that the variable sceen is by default showing "All" and not the opposite as now. Then the users just can verify that the personalized value is ok and press execute.

Does anybody know if you can change this setting?
