Time management & Planned working time

Hi All

I am configuring India payroll (For BPO). Issue is regarding IT0007.

The work patterns used are very dynamic and can change anytime so not possible to record exact work pattern for any employee for all the time.

Besides this we have another system to capture absences and attendences from which data will be transfered to SAP.

Can you please guide how this can be resolved.

Thanks
Seema

    Hi,

Yes, SAP provide Dynamic work schedule in which work schedule would be consider dynamically during time evaluation.

search on dynamic daily work schedule on SCN there is good document by Arvind Tirumala.

If required I can share the same.

    Hi,

I think it would not work without time evaluation/Clock Times. But if you are using negative TM, then you should also use time evaluation. Which I would not suggest that only for shift schedule you will use time evaluation.

You can use absence and Attendance. Make a custom report which set the shift in IT2003 (Substitute) based on the attendance.

    It will solve your issue.

    Thanks,

    Ketul
