Hi Rajesh,

Please check the above option suggested by Ramanjaneyulu Korrapati.

apart from go to Tcode SU53 exact after the execution of report from RSRT and check whether the user has sufficient roles and authorizations to access the report.

Hope it helps you to resolve the issue.

Regards,

Krishna Chaitanya.

Hi Rajesh,

You are using role based authorization or analysis authorization?

Yes, you will get all the information from SU53 about the report where you have authorizations to that particular report or not.

HI Rajesh,

As Krishna said you can find out what autorization is missed from su53 for last transaction.

You can find out in this way also.

Check in table agr_1251 filter authorization object S_RS_COMP1 and COMP here find out your query and its respective role and then check in su01 or pfcg wheather that user is assigned this role or not.

I would suggest go with krishna's suggestion its easy and simple ,I have given alternative just for your information that also give you proper information.

Hi Rajesh,

Just a simple point...ask him if for any other user this report is working.

Take that's user ID and ask your security team to map that's user's reporting related additional role to the first user.

Arpit

Hi,

Ask him to check about authorizations.

Ask the user to open same report on other machine. weather it works or not.

if user have access to RSRT, ask him to check at RSRT.

About access and admin rights are give basis or security team with with proper approvals from higher officials.

Thanks
