I would suggest to search through SCN before posting, there are very nice blogs about this topic wrote by Juergen Gatter

    Cheers!

BPath has been introduced to the BOL model rather recently. It is an attempt to provide XPath functionality for the BOL Framework.

A very simple example for get_properties_by_bpath( ) is

    ./@DESCRIPTION

It gets the attribute DESCRIPTION from the current node.

For get_related_entities_by_bpath this is a more complex one

    ./BTHeaderTextSet/BTTextHAll[(@TDSPRAS="E")&(@TDID="XYZ")]

It retrieves the first BTText entity that matches the criteria: Language = Englisch and TextID = XYZ.

Both examples start on a BTOrderHeader entity.

For a more comprehensive introduction follow the link that Luis posted. Jürgen Gatter explains a lot of concepts and gives examples.

    cheers Carsten
