Problem with Webi to call a universe based on DSO

Hello everybody,

I have created a universe based on DSO, I published on BO because after a I wanted create a Web Intelligence report base on, but when I try to call the universe just happened nothing... No error and not universe.. after that I tried to call the same universe on Lumira and I got a Error: Fatal Exception Occured. The Cause was: com.bussinesobjects.corba.generic.container.proxy.internal,DependencyFailoverCallbackImpl$FailoverFatalException: Prepare FailOver Fail.

Have you got any idea?.

Thanks a lot...

Claudia A.

    EDIT Hello Claudia,

This discussion has been moved to the Web Intelligence forum rather than the Platform which seems more suitable for your issue based on the title. If you are looking to solve the issue around Lumira, maybe a separate post would be necessary (see below)

Former Member I would recommend you post a question in the Lumira forum separately as this is a 6 months old post on the webi side.

Both issues might or might not have the same cause but further investigation is required in both scenarios to determine this.

    Regards

    Hi,

What is the BO version you are using and did you check the data at universe level.
