Workbook Scheduling

Hi Guys,

I have got a scenario where I would like to hear some of you
guys input.

I have set in BW broadcast report packages for email group
list using process chain. This report packages process chains are triggered manually by pressing a button on the
Netweaver Portal.

The process is quite simple. End of month finance team
finishes the reconciliation make sure data is all correct and balancing. They press
this buttons for the managers to receive their end of month reports.

Now with BO how can I make it easier for the end user to
send the report packages. The only way I know now is by scheduling every single
report to now. This is bad because we can't combine all reports in a single workbook as their are from different company codes.

For this type of broadcasting it sounds like you are better with the BEx Broadcaster now

Analysis Office offers some limited scheduling (not the same as BEx Broadcaster) - see

and Scheduling with SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office but it doesn't do what you are describing.
